All Commissioned Artworks are non-refundable as these works are custom created with you in consultation, to capture your ideas and dreams of a personalised artwork for your home.

Delivery time will vary depending on your location.
All orders are sent from Wodonga, Victoria, Australia. We endeavour to ship all orders within 5 days of purchase. Once shipped, delivery to you by postal service will usually take 5-7 days to arrive at an Australian address or 1-3 weeks for an International address. Please consider external factors and your local conditions when placing an order to arrive by a specific date. However we will do our best to get your order to you in a timely manner.
